Summit Comfort started in 2008 with one van and a simple rule: tell people the truth about their system.
Our story.
Founder Mike Alvarez spent ten years at a large HVAC chain watching customers get sold equipment they did not need. He started Summit Comfort to do it differently.
Today we are a team of 24, still family-run, still answering our own phones, and still showing you the old part we replaced.

Are you a local company?
Yes. We are family-run and based in Columbus, and our technicians live in the neighbourhoods they serve.
Do your technicians work on commission?
No. They are paid for doing the job well, not for what they sell.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and every technician is certified.
Do you guarantee your work?
Repairs carry a 2-year parts and labour warranty, and new systems a 10-year warranty.
