My furnace is blowing cold air. What should I check?
Check the thermostat is set to heat, the filter is not clogged and the furnace switch is on. If it still blows cold, call us: it is often the ignitor or flame sensor.
Do you really answer at night?
Yes. Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, by our own staff.
How often should a furnace be inspected?
Every fall, before the heating season. An inspection includes a carbon monoxide safety test.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the house straight away, then call your gas utility’s emergency number from outside. Once it is safe, we can inspect and repair the furnace.
