When are tune-ups scheduled?
We call you to book the cooling tune-up in spring and the heating tune-up in fall, at a time that suits you.
Does the plan cover repairs?
Repairs are not free, but members get 10% to 15% off and skip to the front of the line.
Can I join if my system is old?
Yes. The first tune-up tells you how it is doing, and the discount still applies to any repair it needs.
