How quickly will you call back?
Within one business hour, 7am to 7pm. Outside those hours, call our emergency line for no heat or no cooling.
Is there a call-out fee?
A repair visit has a flat diagnostic fee, waived when you go ahead with the repair. New-system estimates are free.
Do I need to be home?
Someone over 18 needs to be home to let us in and approve the price before work starts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, checks and financing on new systems. Payment is due when the work is finished.
